How Mexasing handles personal data under Singapore’s PDPA.
Mexasing (Mexican Association in Singapore, UEN T11SS0052L) is a non-profit association run by volunteers. We look after your data under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
1. What we keep and why
The contact details and information you give us when you register or take part in our activities.
We use it only for the Association’s activities and to keep you informed.
2. Photos and video at events
We take photos and video at our events. If you come, you agree that we may use them on our channels.
If you’d rather not appear, let us know at the event. If you want a photo of you taken down, email us and we’ll remove it.
3. Who we share it with
We don’t sell your data. We only share it with the services we use to operate, which may be outside Singapore, or when the law requires it.
4. Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your permission, at any time.
